- Track and update information relative to department and business operations (e.g. SLA terms & conditions, project specific requirements).
- Check accuracy of rules of auction, offer to purchase, mandates, information loaded to the website/auction platform, auction catalogues, marketing material, etc. and provide recommendations and corrective feedback.
- Creating, updating, maintaining email templates on BrandMail (or other system used) for auction administration, property team, and any other departments that may require email templates.
- Sending rules of auction through for signature and ensuring they are received back in a timely manner, converting to fillable pdf, and uploading to email template system and distribution for upload to the auction platform.
- Update and maintain invoice lead schedule in line with auction dates provided by project leads.
- Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities ability to conceptualise solutions, consider alternatives and implement most appropriate action.
- Attention to detail - ability to efficiently apply your cognitive skills to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when executing tasks.
- Resource Management skills ability to prioritise work according to the companys goals, not just own areas of responsibilities.
- Excellent information management abilities.
- Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills.
