Apply now to take the first step towards a fulfilling career with us.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a pivotal member of our team, you will:- Utilise your negotiation and selling prowess to close deals effectively;- Bring your ambition, drive, and charisma to every client interaction;- Maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills;- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties seamlessly;- Embrace responsibility and show a willingness to take initiative;- Enjoy the flexibility of traveling and working outside the office environment, with a full driving license;- Cultivate a deep understanding and interest in the local property market and the buying process.**Responsibilities**- Guide sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and terms.- Understand clients' financial capabilities to offer tailored solutions.- Facilitate negotiation processes, advising on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legalities to ensure fair and honest transactions.- Conduct comparative market analyses to accurately estimate property values.- Strategically market real property to potential buyers and prepare essential documentation.- Keep up-to-date listings of available properties and develop professional networks with attorneys and mortgage lenders.- Drive sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services.- Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices.Key Competencies- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle;- Access to personal devices like a mobile phone and laptop;- Residency in or around Kraaifontein-Kuils River;- Independent working style with exceptional interpersonal skills;- Proven sales, negotiation, and communication abilities;- A friendly, trustworthy demeanor;- Proficiency in MS Office.
Education & Experience- A Matric certificate is required;- FETC: Real Estate NQF4 – to be certified by SSETA – Complete the Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4), a nationally recognized qualification certified by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (SSETA);- Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not essential.Knowledge & Skills Required- Outstanding communication and organisational skills;- Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness;- Integrity and tact;- Self-motivation and persistence.
