- A National Senior Certificate or higher.
- An appropriate degree or diploma or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial position is required.
- A code B drivers’ licence.
- Computer literacy with excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills will be a pre-requisite.
- A good working knowledge of social media platforms as well as the creating and uploading of content.
- Research and development of operational plans to address the numerous infrastructural and economic issues faced by commercial farmers.
- Lead and motivate support staff to develop a high-performance culture.
- Oversee activities relating to the operations of the Infrastructure and Trade Committee of the organisation to ensure desired results consistent with the overall strategy.
- Manage engagements and communication between our affiliated members and the activities of this functional committee to ensure adequate support to these members.
- Engage and build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
