- BSc or Btech in Chemistry or related field.
- 5 years’ industry-related experience (Quality Assurance and R&D).
- Lead a team of lab technicians, ensuring staff engagement, performance, and teamwork.
- Quality assurance: conducting chemical analysis, implementing and maintaining analytical testing methods, and collaborating with labs and the R and D team to optimize product formulations.
- New product development: active participation in the development of new products (feasibility studies, process optimization, formulation improvements), assist in pilot-scale trials and evaluate performance of new formulations, and provide technical expertise to support product development projects.
- New product registrations.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation.
- Customer complaints: investigation, analysis of root cause and implement corrective actions.
