- Knowledge of Medical Aid/Medical Insurance and GAP cover with ability to craft comprehensive comparisons and solutions for clients
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements as well as compliance with FAIS and FICA
- Liaise with clients regarding Medical Aid updates and value add options
- Achieve compliance with regulatory requirements such as FIAS & FICA
- Conduct regular meetings with relevant Stakeholders
- Conduct health care related training and induction training
- Research Medical Aid cover options and present options to potential clients highlighting cost and benefits
- Negotiate with service providers and develop health care related programs
- Provide assistance to junior colleagues and engage in all business development initiatives with the company
- Implement strategies to maintain client retention
