Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing packages to ensure
compliance with company quality standards.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures in line with industry
regulations and company policies.
Identify and report any deviations or defects in products, working closely with
the distribution team to address and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and provide regular reports
on inspection findings.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to communicate quality expectations
and drive improvements in product quality.
Identify, record, and report QC errors noted.
Assist with all reversed logistics stock.
Perform quality control checks on stock received.
Daily administration tasks.Qualifications and SkillsMatric (essential)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
(preferred).
Certification in quality control or related disciplines is a plus.
Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a warehouse or logistics
environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor deviations
from quality standards.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams
and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of quality compliance procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Computer literacy
Ambitious, creative and organised.
