- You'll conduct both external and internal recruitment for various vacancies, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations within a 30-day turnaround.
- Collaborating with management, you'll determine the assessments needed for specific roles, document decisions, and seamlessly integrate them into the recruitment process.
- Coordinating relocation assistance when necessary and incorporating it into employment contracts.
- Working closely with line managers to ensure a seamless, efficient, and cost-effective recruitment process.
- Staying updated with the latest recruitment and selection techniques, especially in terms of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
- Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders to enhance our Employer Brand.
- Managing all administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
- Overseeing pre-qualification, criminal background checks, reference verification, and engagement documentation.
- Providing weekly reports with recruitment status updates.
- Keeping line managers informed about recruitment and selection progress.
- Addressing queries promptly and efficiently within the policy framework.
- Responding to customer needs with a professional attitude.
- Identifying and utilizing assets and resources to improve customer services.
- Ensuring that recruitment and selection files are consistently audit-ready.
- You bring 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or human capital.
- A Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in the competency interview process.
- Knowledge of various candidate assessment and selection methodologies, tools, and platforms, with the ability to align them with specific recruitment needs.
