Are you a People and Performance Business Partner with solid experience, based in Durban? We are on the lookout for you! The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the People & Performance Manager on the implementation of overall P&P strategy and plans, including business partnering and providing P&P generalist services and expertise to enable business objectives relating to change management, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, recruitment, mobility management, as well as HR functional excellence and governance relating to remuneration, master data management and policy.What you will do:Provide day to day, efficient P&P service delivery, and perform P&P query resolution.Partner with Line Managers to support an integrated short-term P&P plan to enable business performance, succession development and employee engagement.Support the P&P Manager by implementing defined performance management processes that drive a high-performance culture.Initiate training and development initiatives to support capability development, working closely with the P&P Practitioners to ensure implementation of plans for L&D.Play a key role in supporting the P&P Manager on the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.What you will need:Honours Degree (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business or similar).Experience working with teams in Africa. Experience working with teams in Europe advantageous.Substantial and proven relevant Human Resources Management experience in a large and complex organization.Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.Extensive experience in project managing and delivering organisational design and change management projects, and employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and learning & development initiatives.Strong track record delivering HR functional excellence and governance relating to remuneration and benefits, master data and payroll accuracy, HR audits and controls.Demonstrated Employee Relations experience, with a working knowledge of relevant legislation.Excited to learn more?
