As our Financial Director, you'll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the business to ensure that the financial strategy, policies, processes and budgets support the overall strategic direction of the business.
- Comply with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements and governance frameworks.
- Ensure timeous submission and analysis of required financial information and reports e.g. financial, management and statutory reports, both IFRS and OHADA/SYSCOA.

- Financial management and statutory reporting
- Standard Costing process management
- Planning & budgeting
- Taxation management and planning
- Working Capital Management
- CAPEX Management
- Risk management
- Governance and controls
- Safety, Health, and Environment standards compliance
- People management & development
- CA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
- 8-10 years relevant financial experience, including minimum 3 years in management
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS or equivalent standards
- Familiarity with financial policies, procedures, and processes
- Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office suite
- Advanced business report writing and presentation skills
- Strong business risk management and strategic planning abilities
