Our quality educational resources and materials are used in schools, TVET colleges, higher education institutions, and home and professional environments.Main PurposeAs the Rights and Permissions Analyst, you will work collaboratively with the business and other Rights and Permissions Analysts to ensure that requests to use Maskew Miller Learning content are attended to, and that third party rights (for Maskew Miller Learning to use third party assets such as images, text and videos) are acquired and maintained throughout the lifecycle for planned product portfolios, new content and distribution initiatives. You will also assist with identifying and attending to copyright infringement claims in collaboration with the Legal & Compliance function and the Senior Rights and Permissions Analyst. You will collaborate with the Rights and Permissions Lead and contribute to the Rights and Permission systems and policy initiatives. This role will report to the Senior Legal Advisor.
