Are you a CHARISMATIC salesperson who would be able to join our team of expert industry-leading appointment bookers?Hi, I run an industry-leading Loom agency, and I am looking to hire a salesperson who is able to work on a part salary and part commission basis.You will be tasked with some/all of the following:Requirements- Recording Looms to book calls with prospects every day, Monday to Friday- Reply to interested prospects on Smartlead- Cold call dozen of engaged prospects every day, Monday to FridayBenefitsPay will be up to $250 per client for whom you record Looms, as well as other bonus incentives for booked calls. Estimated time per client is 2-3 hours per day.You will be trained and personally mentored by the founder of the agency getting highly skilled at outbound marketing, appointment booking & driving revenue for marketing agencies.Pay Structure- Hygiene standard: €1,500 (36,000 rand) per month if you perform at the minimum expected level- Realistic aim: €2,500 (45,000 rand) per month if you aren't a seasoned sales expert yet but you apply yourself and are willing to be mentored by the best in the industry- High performer: €3,500+ per month (63,000 rand) if you are a high performing salesperson who continually shows up, excels, and strives to improve their skillset
