The Senior IT Program Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related IT projects within an organization to achieve overarching business goals. This individual plays a pivotal role in aligning various projects with the organization's overall strategy, ensuring effective communication, and driving the successful delivery of program outcomes.Required Minimum Education / Training
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
· Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly desirable.Required Minimum Work Experience
· Extensive experience (10+ years) in IT program management, including leadership of complex programs.
· Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
· In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
