Business Development:
  • Develop and implement local marketing mix strategy for assigned Key Application Field (s) in accordance with regional and local strategy:
  • Country representative for international meetings
  • Communicates new developments internally (product and market)
  • Develop and increase customer base with regard to the complete WPI Portfolio by driving Sales
  • Co-management and handling of opinion leaders
  • Analyse sales funnel with reference improve sales probabilities and identify root-causes in case of underperformance
  • Responsible for your regional allcoated Sales Budget
  • Agree on strategy for must win deals with Head of Workplace Infrastrucure
  • Responsible for busines plan
  • Define local counteractions to mitigate business risks
  • Set priorities for action; implement and follow up actions
  • Design and execution of regular sales application trainings in your region
Project Management
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
  • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
  • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
  • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level, if applicable.
  • Managing project scope and change control.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance.
  • Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
  • Managing consultancy input within the defined budget.
  • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
  • Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing.
  • Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs.
  • Providing regular status reports to the relevant parties, during the project life cycle.
  • Identify and ensure quality assurance procedures are met and followed.
  • Establish clear communications and promote good working relationships with customers
  • Compile Reports with respect to project status, issues, resources, changes, budgets and risks
Compliance
  • Maintain adherence to the Principles of Business and Conduct within the company, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health laws, along with other relevant regulations.
Communications and Brand
  • Support Brand recognition within the organisation
  • Responsible for Internal Communications within the department
  • Relationship-Management with Distributors, Customers and all employees within the organisation
Regulatory Affairs and Quality
  • Ensure compliance with corporate quality and environmental policies
  • Prepare, implement and monitor effective processes that provide the evidence of compliance with relevant directives, standards, technical, legal, industry or trade requirements
  • Ensure the effective day to day quality management of processes within your area of responsibility
Education· Either a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualification· Sales & Marketing certificationRelated Experience· Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Business Developer· Project Management exposure would be advantageous
