- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Qualifications: Appropriate Sales/Marketing diploma or degree
- Experience: 5-8 years sales & marketing management exposure
- Experience in a foam plastics environment (or similar) advantageous
- Managing the sales & marketing function of the branch
- Conducting Sales and Market intelligence
- Calling on all major customers
- Monitoring Sales performance and objectives from Sales team
- Developing new business
- Achieve Sales budget objectives.
- Ensure updated price list and set selling process with Branch Manager
- Good product knowledge and good communication skills
- Motivating & driving the sales team
- Coaching & guiding sales reps
- Developing & implementing sales strategy
- Computer literate i.e. (Word, excel, Syspro etc)
- Valid drivers license is essential.
- Doing additional duties as deemed necessary.
- Willingness to relocate nationally is essential.
