RequirementsMatric/Senior CertificateFAIS Compliant essential (minimum of 30 credits)Computer literate [MS Word, MS Excel, Policy Management system (in-house)]3 years work experience in short term insuranceCustomer service orientatedExcellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette, bilingualismAble to handle pressurePlanning and organizing skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to process accurately and work diligently Duties & ResponsibilitiesProviding support to all the RegionsEnsure allocations based on policies sold per region according to lists receivedRecord new business on a spreadsheetDraft & Provide consolidated reports as necessary and share with key stakeholdersPrepare post allocation report and present to regions weeklyAction post allocations weeklyReport and manage number of allocations daily by regionTrack National Allocations Daily, Weekly & monthlyTake initiative and drive the business forwardAn understanding of generic products within the Insurance Services Industry.CompetenciesAble to take own initiative and be creativeSelf-starter & work independentlyTeam playerReliable and dependableGood listener & excellent written/verbal communicationExcellent presentation skillsAccept responsibility & take accountability
