(Continuous Miners and Shuttle Cars);Perform Machine Performance checks;Conduct Solid head inspections on CM’s (Continuous Miners);Cover production sections when on standby;Assist with MCA`s (Machine Condition Assessments) on Continuous miners and shuttle cars;Assist with Warranty claims and Special investigations on the Customer site and at KMC;Assist with machine inspections, sign off and commissioning on mine and at KMC;Must assist Site Manager with updating/recording sub-assembly failures and changeouts(forecasting);Breakdown Support if required;Compile Monthly required Field service reports and other documentation properly recorded in Salesforce.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum Skills and experience requiredQualified Electrician / Millwright with Grade 12/N3 qualification with at least 5 years’ underground experience;Flameproof and Gas Testing certificates;Driver’s license and own reliable transport;Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);Strong maintenance background with relevant Joy equipment knowledge;AC Shuttle car, Faceboss I /RIO II knowledge to provide technical support to the Customer is crucial;Strong interpersonal skills are essential with an ability to communicate with customers and to accept and adopt a competent, responsible attitude.
