- Collect works orders at Sales Office – distribute to the correct department to execute order.
- Make sure works orders are complete and ready for delivery on correct waiting period – Stock Orders – same day /next day – processed orders 4 working days – buy out and toughening no longer than 7 working days.
- Maintain O.T.I.F always – On Time in Full deliveries.
- Load and Check vehicles – no overloading, only invoiced glass and items must be on trucks.
- Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.
- Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.
- Respond to any issues and follow up by coordinating with the appropriate departments, field units and customers.
- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
- Use radios, phone, and computer to direct crews /field units to lay out best routes.
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
- Keep Fleet Roadworthy.
- Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
- Fuel consumption – Control and check slips with Total Reports.
- Quality Control on products dispatched and received.

- Check quality of products before dispatching and correct quantities thereof
- Maximise loading capacity of deliveries in order to reduce costs
- Maintain efficient and professional wrapping and packaging of product to avoid damages and compliment

- Must come from logistics, fleet or despatch background
