Lead the charge in business development activities, including bidding, negotiating private off-takes, and steering projects to financial close.
Identify and seize opportunities for strategic site and asset acquisitions.
Engage actively in industry forums and associations, staying abreast of market intelligence.
Manage and expand a skilled business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

A relevant undergraduate degree, with a Master's or MBA as a significant plus.
At least eight years of experience in renewable energy development and finance, with a strong grasp of procurement, technical analysis, modeling, pricing, and contract negotiation.
A well-connected individual with a robust industry network.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
