- Manage and expand a skilled business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- A relevant undergraduate degree, with a Master's or MBA as a significant plus.
- At least eight years of experience in renewable energy development and finance, with a strong grasp of procurement, technical analysis, modeling, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- A well-connected individual with a robust industry network.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
