Hire Resolve is currently seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our client's team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and promoting our recruitment services.Responsibilities:

Prospecting and generating leads through various channels
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
Negotiating and closing sales deals
Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
