- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business by cold calling,
- Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & feedback
- Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Generate sales among assigned customers, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
- Provide mentorship and training to other sales personnel (if needed).
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally within the Consulting, IT Services, and Other Services industries is a must.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments
