They aren't just looking for an average Service Advisor; instead, they want a dedicated Service Advisor with exceptional aftercare service skills who can elevate their CSI. Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership
Must be highly service driven (Above average customer service skills)
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of CDK
A stable work history
