Stores Controller

• Responsible for inbound and outbound goods movement, procurement, and inventory management
• Dealing with issues, stock ageing, critical stock, and slow-moving stock
• Coordinate store activities and delegate to picker/packer
• Design floor layout and outline procedures
• Stock control, receipts, issues transfers and data capture
• Oversee off-site stores
• Forecast demand for all warehouses and process purchase orders
• Ensure that goods are stored safely
• Housekeeping and training of store staff
• Produce inventory reports (issues, purchases, stock on hand, obsolete stock, receipts)
• Procurement of spare and consumables
• Perform periodic stock counts (weekly and annually)
• Update data on BPO
• Respond to customer queries pertaining to stock and deliveries
• Monitor critical stock items and re-order
• Processing of defect reports and liaising with major suppliers
• Organize collection and disposal of used items to the supplier
• Vehicle trip sheet and vehicle inspections

• 2-3 years’ experience in stores and dealing with inventory processes
• Attention to detail
• Experience on MS Excel
• BPO experience advantageous
