AccountabilityManagement of performance and wellbeing of FTC’s.Protection and maintenance of company assets.Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.Organising maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment, and machinery..3. Direct Staff SupervisionMeasuring and monitoring all task related work on the business unit REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) National Senior Certificate and/ Diploma in Agriculture, Ideal: Bachelors Qualification in AgricultureTraining: On-the-job training, Basic Computer Skills, and OHSExperience: 1 Year of industry experience
