Job Summary Hire Resolve's client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Crusher Production Supervisor in the Northern Cape.Responsibilities:

Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
Ensure incident and accident investigations are done within the framework of SOPs
Monitor and Develop Safety Systems as per MHSA, COPs and SOPs
Initiate Crushing and screening processes
Ensuring targets are achieved
Oversee loading and hauling from the crushing pad
Responsible to ensure that settings are correctly set for Jaw and Cone Crushers
Supply the Crushing Manager with relevant information on machine breakdowns, services and machine performance
Responsible for loading and hauling from the crushing pad
Ensure equipment availability
Administration / Labour Management
Assist with crushing and screening repairs, services and general maintenance within scope
Assist with planned maintenance schedules and resource allocation
Supply Management with relevant information on machine breakdowns, services and performance

Requirements:

Grade 12
B-Tech Mechanical Engineering Qualification
Supervisory qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory designation
Proven experience in crushing and screening machinery in an opencast mining environment

Benefits:

Salary: R300K/yr - R780K/yr, salary negotiable
