Job SummaryA great mining company in Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a General Manager to join their team.Essential Requirements:

Grade 12
Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering
Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
Management Development Programme
10 - 15 years' experience in an underground mining environment
Minimum 5 years as a Mine Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Optimal profitability of the operation is achieved
Achieve production, safety, and costs within the boundaries of the relevant Rules and Regulations
Develop a 2-year budget within a 5 year context
Funds are strategically allocated or withheld
Plan strategic funding for major projects
Implement and maintain company Vision and Values
