Sub District Manager- LimpopoFull job descriptionMinimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills RequiredBachelor’s MBChB degree or B. Pharmacy or BCurr with a Postgraduate qualification with Primary Health Care specialty (Nurse Clinician)Minimum 3 years’ post community service clinical experience (for medical doctors) and 8 years for Nurse CliniciansAt least 2 years’ experience in a management or senior role within comprehensive HIV/TB programmesUnderstanding of TB/HIV/(E)PMTCT programmes, programme indicators and monitoring & evaluateAbility to analyse and interpret HIV/TB programme data to inform programme planning and implementationDemonstrate initiative, and the ability to develop and carry out work plans and solve problemsGood knowledge of antiretroviral therapy, TB and chronic medicationQuality Improvement and project management skills, an advantageValid HPCSA registration as Independent Practitioner or valid SANC registrationExperience in leading a team, management, or supervision of staffExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work within a multi-disciplinary teamAbility to travel within Mopani Health DistrictQI and project management methodologyGood report writing skillsProficiency in Ms Office
