Role PurposeOur advisors within the Client Retentions environment will deal with client queries and complaints; specifically
from clients that want to cancel their insurance; on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way and in
accordance with the values of Momentum Insure.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Relevant regulatory qualifications from a FSCA perspective:
- Understanding of a short-term insurance industry
- Previous call centre experience in a short-term insurance client centric, retention or sales environment will
- Experience in short-term insurance will be advantageous
