Utilities Administrator Salt River, Cape Town R20 000 Per MonthWe are urgently looking for an experienced Utilities Administrator on a permanent base to administrate the utilities of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and mixed-use properties.Duties:Receives, reconciles, and records utility accounts from respective municipalitiesResolves municipal accounts queries with relevant municipalities, and records queries with external meter reading vendors - ingoingResponsible for the calculation (automated) of recovery allocations to tenants monthlyAnalyses recoveries and accounts to ensure no possible anomalies (incorrect reading, possible leaks, etc.), in conjunction with the Group Property ManagerRecords and submits recovery amounts to the property administration department for billing purposes - monthlyChecked/reconciled municipal accounts to be submitted to Accounts for management account reporting monthlyResponsible for drafting and submitting nett utility recovery reports to Group Property Manager, and Accounts - monthlyResolves records queries with municipalities and external meter reading vendorsReconciles vendor pre-paid income with municipal accounts - monthlyResponsible for resolving tenant utilities queries ongoingRequired competencies:Attention to detailHigh levels of recording accuracy (capturing data)Must be highly organizedDeadline-orientation essential2-5 years in a similar role (property utility administration)2-5 years financial experienceThorough knowledge of MRI systemExcel advance
