- Master of Organization: Efficiently manage CRM, pipeline, and sales administration tasks.
- Educational Edge: A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will set you up for success. Alternatively, qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering will also be considered.
- Seasoned Sales Star: With a minimum of 5 years experience in sales and key account management, you'll ideally have exposure to sectors like construction, hardware, paint, DIY, or glass.

- Communication Virtuoso: Your English communication skills should be nothing short of exceptional, and you should possess the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
