Working closely with our Regional Sales Manager and dedicated sales teams, your primary focus will be on:Key Responsibilities and Exciting Challenges:
  • Fueling Growth: Unleash your sales prowess to drive business development and expand our market presence.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships while enlightening them about our cutting-edge product offerings.
  • Market Insight: Gather, analyze, and share market intelligence to ensure we stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Account Coordination: Take the lead in planning and managing key accounts' growth and development.
  • End-to-End Sales: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial client engagement to product delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve escalated issues, collaborating with client account contacts and coordinating with our supply chain and product manufacturing teams.
  • Client Meetings: Organize and attend client meetings, ensuring seamless information exchange, proposal development, and effective follow-up.
  • Aim for Excellence: Take ownership of meeting monthly sales, business, and client retention targets.
  • Master of Organization: Efficiently manage CRM, pipeline, and sales administration tasks.
Your Credentials:
  • Educational Edge: A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will set you up for success. Alternatively, qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering will also be considered.
  • Seasoned Sales Star: With a minimum of 5 years experience in sales and key account management, you'll ideally have exposure to sectors like construction, hardware, paint, DIY, or glass.
  • Target Achiever: Your track record should be ablaze with successful sales and key account retention accomplishments.
  • Communication Virtuoso: Your English communication skills should be nothing short of exceptional, and you should possess the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Client Whisperer: You're comfortable engaging with clients at various levels, including business owners.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce and the MS Office Suite is a must, while SAP experience will be a bonus.
