- Lead all aspects of the link building process: briefing (internal & external), execution, quality checks, escalation management (where necessary)
- Monitor and optimise associated costs for all link building products, utilising negotiation skills and innovating new product opportunities to achieve company goals
- Review key subsets of clients monthly to reshape link strategy and approach, in line with company goals of cost management and client success.
- In 6 months, review our offering inline with the broader market, conduct a SWOT to identify future opportunities.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas for link building
- Vendor relationship management
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is advantageous
- Strong experience in Project Management & Digital PR
- Sound understanding of SEO principles
- Experience in end to end process management - briefing/reviewing/proofing
- Hands-on, and are comfortable in driving both offsite strategy and day-to-day management of link building process
- Experience in budget management
- Proactive, can-do attitude, problem-solver
- People-oriented, works well in a tight-knit team
- Strong organisational skills
- Great communicator
