- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various search platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to build a rich candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for roles.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements and candidate preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a Candidate Sourcer or in a similar role within a recruitment agency environment.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
