Contracts Administrator - StellenboschFull job descriptionLocation:Stellenbosch, Stellenbosch, ZAVacancy: Contract AdministratorDepartment: Operations – Contract DeskContract: TemporaryLocation: StellenboschVacancy: Contract AdministratorDepartment: Operations – Contract DeskContract: TemporaryLocation: StellenboschKey Areas of responsibilitiesDaily processing of purchase and sales contracts.Contract management (also receiving contract back from client)Managing open contracts.Updating pricing sheets for clients.Processing of Safex deliveries and assignments.Handling of queries sent to Contract-Desk.Minimum professional qualifications and experienceNational Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics Literacy and Accountancy as subjects.Minimum five years’ working experience in a similar position.Agricultural experience would be beneficial.Essential skillsFundamentals understanding of market terminals and trading environments.Critical thinker with emotional resilience to overcome obstacles.Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal) in Afrikaans and English.Excellent attention to detail and high a degree of accuracy.Team player who can work independently.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking skills.The ability to be proactive and work under pressure.Competency in Microsoft applications and web-based applications.Aptitude for continuous system enhancements and automation.Positive attitude and taking accoutabilityAttention to detailDesirable skillsIntermediate Excel proficiency.Experience using an ERP system.Exposure to the Grains Industry.GeneralOffice based in Techno Park, Stellenbosch.Reports to the Administration Manager.Work model - Monday to Friday with ad hoc flexibility working from home.Seasonal activities / harvest runs from April to August.December is financial year end.How to applyThe company is offering a competitive salary with provident and medical benefits.
