- Lead your clients projects and daily management under the supervision of the Social Media Account Director.
- Coordinate various social media projects from briefing to delivery, follow up and planning of projects and campaigns.
- Internal management of stakeholders where needed within the account to coordinate the workflow and meet deadlines.
- You will be responsible for finding solutions to social media issues that may arise while keeping your Social Media Account Director informed throughout.
- You will need to build and foster good relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for briefing the Community Management teams on any developments on your accounts.
- You will be responsible for maintaining all jobs are managed and delivered proficiently this is, and not limited to content plans, reports, status documents.
- 3 plus years experience in social media and account management.
- Comfortable handling and managing client relationships.
- Project management.
- Thorough understanding of social media and its intricacies.
- Able to work within a team.
- Ability to work in an agile work environment.
