Job Summary Job Title: Senior Site Administrator x 1 Location: Any of our Construction Sites across provinces in South Africa. Contract Type: Project Based Overview of the company: INTASOL Construction Services is a specialist in tailings infrastructure and civil construction. Our services are based on our key staff's 65 years of contracting experience and their excellent track record of delivering solutions for mining and industrial companies. INTASOL Construction undertakes projects from preliminary design to completion in conjunction with our group's Tailings management division for companies in the mining and related sectors. Our main services are the construction of new tailings dams and the extension of existing tailings storage facilities, the building of associated infrastructure and return water and storm water dams, and the buttressing of tailings dams. We also provide project and construction management services to consultants and contractors, covering constructability, resourcing, and programme review. Purpose of position: • The Position exists to ensure the smooth operation of a work site by performing a variety of administrative tasks. • These are the BASIC requirements, and the responsibilities will be expanded on to meet the Construction site requirements. Level of job: C - Upper (C4) Skills required: • Self-management skills • Good communication skills • Problem solving • Analytical skills Job Responsibilities: • Strong ability to reconcile monthly site costing estimates with the Sage ledger in absolute detail and accuracy. • Daily site costing and forecasting on site level, including recording of daily hours on internal and external plant for daily costing and invoicing purposes by suppliers. • The incumbent must be prepared to relocate to where we may be running projects across provinces. • Analyzing, drill down and identifying the variance amongst the budget, forecast and actuals. • Generating purchase requests and subsequent receipt of goods on site in accordance with orders placed. • Assist in good management of company assets on a site level. • Ensure employee take on and exits are carried out in line with the ICS policy. • Site stores and consumables management and recording of transactions relating to issues, receiving and stock take. • Payroll data input, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of payroll and wages inputs and cost allocations. • Ensuring site budget is adhered to. • Inventory management • Capturing of costs and revenue drivers onto the relevant system daily. • Escalating site level accruals to the Finance Department • Escalation of HR and Finance queries to Head Offices. • Assistance with bookings and administration relating to training. • Process inputs of site level budgets and forecasts into the Sage system. • Assist with the monthly rolling forecast calculations. Qualifications and Experience: • Grade 12 with Accountancy and or Mathematics Qualifications • A sound knowledge on SAGE Evolution. • 3 to 5 years' relevant Administration experience working in the mining and construction industry.
