- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Ongoing expansion of Active Partner base.
- Sales across all countries in SADC.
- Continuously review monthly the business strategy and the investment of the rebate earned through it.
- Develop a healthy pipeline across all brands.
- Implement key sales & and marketing strategies throughout SADC.
- Engage with the brand in Quarterly and Annual Marketing Planning sessions with Relevant brands and (non-relevant brand Targeted Partners Partner Enablement (Targets, Certificates, growth)
- Execute quarterly Promo and Program planning sessions.
- Develop an Account Plan that documents the key sales & and marketing strategies and a management system that measures performance and success with a focus list.
- Actively monitor collection across your partner base. Active engagement until payment is received in full.
- Dealing with your partner till resolution in full is a key function of your role.
- Taking ownership
- Driving revenue targets through a targeted set of relevant brand partners, resellers
- Driving Relevant brand Strategy and portfolio within existing and as per the Focus list.
- Display key competencies of knowledge re relevant brand programs and relevant portfolio of products.
- Quarterly Business Review Session with Relevant brand.
- Drive targeted partner development planning and reviews as per the focus list.
- Drive Relevant brand Product Strategy and overview sessions with Business Partners.
- Existing and New (brand-specific) partner recruitment and Development.
- On-boarding process re Operational process within focus list.
- Build and manage effective relationships with relevant brand team members.
- Ensure the satisfactory execution of the aligned business plan in conjunction with the Strategic business partners Execs and Brand Managers.
- Demonstrate sales growth.
- Report opportunity details to Relevant brands on a regular basis (weekly) showing deal progression and pipeline creation using the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Ensure that sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed explanations.
- Ensure weekly activities and minutes of meetings are reported to the Brand Manager.
- Ensure productivity reports are submitted to the Brand Manager.
- Load CRM.
- Request sand evaluation quotes for submission.
- Follow up on quotes.
- Follow up on operations responses.
- Manage SLA with brand operations.
- Matric/ Grade 12
- An IT Diploma / Degree would be advantageous.
- Excel intermediate.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with numbers.
- Demonstrated and confidentiality.
- Ability to deliver on service-level agreements.
- Demonstrated ability towards business intelligence.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures that are implemented by the Company.

- A minimum of 5 years of Business Development Management experience in the IT industry
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.
- Creative, solution-driven attitude
- Be willing to work in an agile environment where changes are frequent, and technologies evolve.
- Experience in business / commercial management (budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, product pricing)
- Working hours 8h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Reliable transport to and from the office
- Excellent language skills (English), both written and verbal
- Overtime due to inherent requirement of job
