Salary on offer: R25 000 per monthRole Summary:We are in search of a dynamic Client Engagement & Executive Support Specialist who will play a dual role in our organization, blending the skills of nurturing client relationships and providing executive assistance. This individual will be pivotal in following up with participants from our sales and marketing activities to assess their potential as clients and in supporting our leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our executive office. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our sales and marketing efforts and the meaningful conversations that follow, while also managing complex diaries, systemizing office processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Development: Reconnect with old clients and manage ongoing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Client Assessment & Engagement: Screen warm leads from social media and email campaigns to identify potential clients. Use your judgment and sales background to decide on qualifying for a follow-up call.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and our lead consultant, Tom, while managing complex diaries for senior leaders to ensure optimal time utilization.
  • Professional Communication & Systemization: Uphold clear, professional communication across all channels and streamline office processes through automation and documentation for efficiency.
  • Social Media & Technology Proficiency: Leverage social media platforms, like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, for client engagement and be comfortable using digital tools including Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Meeting Preparation & Special Projects: Prepare materials for meetings, coordinate logistics, and handle ad-hoc projects ranging from research to event planning.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: A solid background in sales, with specific experience in follow-up calls and client assessments. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, proactive, with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills, both email and phone, and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, comfortable with various online project management tools, and digital platforms.
  • Qualities: Attention to detail, the capability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, and flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing organization.
