Key Responsibilities: • Design innovative cocktail menus that complement our Mediterranean offerings and seasonal themes. • Ensure exceptional drink quality, presentation, and speed of service. • Manage and train a team of bartenders and support staff to meet the highest standards of hospitality. • Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering of all bar supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations. • Maintain a clean, organized bar environment that meets health and safety standards. • Develop strategies to enhance the bar's performance and contribute to revenue growth. • Prepare and analyze revenue reports to monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. • Provide leadership and daily management of bar staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism. • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback to continually improve our service.
