- Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials
- Ensure accurate and timely logging of received items
- Maintain organised records of received goods and materials
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory records
- Prepare and process documentation related to receiving and inventory
- Assist in implementing and maintaining receiving procedures and policies
- Proven experience as a Receiving Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of receiving procedures and policies
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Salary negotiable
