- Fluent in Italian and English (Bon voyage if you can speak other languages too!)
- A natural-born communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of turning any conversation into a smooth takeoff.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry (If you’ve dealt with jet-setting passengers, consider yourself a first-class candidate!)
