- 3 years of professional experience at the Key Account Management level.
- Exposure to USA clients or accounts will be beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in business or service industry preferred.
- Very strong computer skills are necessary, particularly in Excel.
- Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape
- Proactively manage a portfolio of allocated accounts, maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
- Translate client needs into business opportunities and set up quotations and pricing policies accordingly.
- Develop new ideas to improve service delivery and follow daily operations with Global Mobility Coordinators.
- Ensure implementation of client procedures and SLA management, while providing efficient reporting to management and clients.
- Collaborate with internal team members to solve client needs and ensure outstanding service delivery.
