Admin Assistant Paarden Eiland Cape TownOur client in Paarden Eiland Cape Town is looking for an Admin Assistant with 3 years plus experience in administration, quotes, invoicing, and PowerPoint presentations. You need to be an Admin Assistant to one of the company's Lead Interior Designers. PowerPoint (Creative) experience and any bookkeeping financial software like for example Pastel, Xero, QuickBooks or any other experience is essential for invoicing.Salary NEGOTIABLE depends on the experienceMin RequirementMatricExperience in Administration, Quotes and communicationExperience from Construction or Interior design industry an added bonusExperienced in Accounting/Bookkeeping Software like pastel, quickbooks or Xero to name a fewExperienced in Excel and Microsoft officeMust have Power point and CANVA experienceCreating Powerpoint presentationsStrong Office Coordinating experienceExperience with social media - an added advantageAn interest of being creativeCustomer focusedResponsibilitiesAll General Administrative dutiesGenerating Quotes, Processing sales Orders and Order Follow Up'sReporting on ordersCommunicating with clients on follow ups and progressCreating of Visual Presentations (PowerPoint/Canva mostly)Specification DocumentsVisit clients and do notes (act as Personal Assistant)Compiling reports on discussions and meetingsA good grasp of social media advantageous (not necessary)Deadline drivenApply onlineFROGG Recruitment
