You will then be paired with a powerhouse leader and embedded within their team, positioned to become their right hand over time.You will give them their time back, and they will give you invaluable exposure to the U.S. business world.Oceans' Right Hands are not only are responsible for handling administrative duties like scheduling, filing, and research, they’re also equipped to flex their operational muscles by suggesting improvements, setting KPIs, assisting with strategy, gatekeeping their CXOs time, and tracking projects, tasks, and timelines from conception through completion.ResponsibilitiesOperational:Monitor project statuses and update through easy to understand visualizationDraft company policies, standard operating procedures, and correspondenceSet Team KPIs and assist with keeping your CXO's direct reports on trackAssist with HR ops processes like onboarding and payrollHandle the management and flow of information, ensuring the right info gets to your CXO at the right timeOrganize events from end to end which includes budgeting, vendor coordination, providing input on designs, and executing social media strategiesManage company and/or personal social media profiles including brand development, caption drafting, post ideationAssist ad hoc with other areas of the business like sales & lead gen, business development, human resources & talent acquisition, and marketingAdministrative:Manage complex calendars by coordinating with parties across multiple time zones and prioritize meetings according to business needsOptimize travel arrangements by factoring in scheduled meetings and itinerariesKeep track of workflows and proactively follow up with reminders and to-dosSet the agenda for meetings, summarize discussion points, and key follow upsConduct research and collate findings into reports/databasesHandle basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, budgeting, & reimbursementRequirementsLanguage:Professional fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)Experience: 3+ years working in a communication-heavy position at a reputable firmEducation:Undergraduate degree preferred; related work experience acceptedBonus: MBA, CFA, CIPM, CIMA, or other professional certifications strongly favored, but not requiredWho Should ApplyThis role is ideal for experienced Business Analysts, Chiefs of Staff, Project Managers, PR/Communications Execs, or Operations Managers who are excited to work for, and learn from, U.S.-based C-Suite Executives.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: R15 000,00 - R29 000,00 per monthApplication Question(s):Tell us why this opportunity was exciting to you.
