- Lead the development and implementation of the credit risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and monitor credit risk appetite, limits, and metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight on credit risk assessment, including portfolio analysis, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with business units to enhance credit risk identification, measurement, and monitoring processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to provide proactive risk management recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in credit risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of credit risk modeling, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Proven track record of leading successful risk management initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment.
