Your primaryresponsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication, technical.skills, and empathy. The ideal candidate will have a crisp and clear English accent, excellent computer.skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A background in Sales is an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication and Empathy:
  • Engage with patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • Demonstrate active listening and patience when addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Recognize the needs of individuals seeking vein-related treatments and offer reassurance.
  • Comprehend and follow written scripts during customer interactions.
  • A strong sense of resilience.
Technical Skills:
  • Operate two computer screens simultaneously to access patient information efficiently.
  • Complete typing tests to maintain excellent typing skills.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook email systems effectively.
Sales:
  • Apply the SOTBOS model (Selling on the Benefits of Our Services) to engage potential patients.
