RPO's client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Finance Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent financial modeling capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support the company's growth and profitability.Responsibilities:

Prepare financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning processes
Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
Conduct thorough financial due diligence for potential business investments or acquisitions
Assist in the development of financial presentations and reports for senior management
Support the preparation of board presentations and investor communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate finance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professional certification such as CFA is a plus
