Your responsibilities will include:

Vigilantly monitoring EV charging systems to uphold peak performance.
Delivering top-tier technical support via calls, guiding depot personnel through remote troubleshooting.
Conducting remote diagnostics and leveraging problem-solving skills to swiftly address issues.
Collaborating with third-line support teams to tackle complex challenges.
Coordinating reactive maintenance with service partners, overseeing on-site activities.
Maintaining meticulous ticket management for accurate documentation.

Skills & Experience: We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Fluency in Dutch (a must!)
A tertiary degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in technical support, preferably within engineering.
A passion for technology and a knack for quick learning.
Stellar communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving prowess.
Impeccable attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
Familiarity with ticketing software like Zendesk, and monitoring platforms such as Grafana or Zabbix.
