Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Proactively monitoring EV charging systems to maintain uptime and promptly address any issues.
Providing top-notch technical support via inbound and outbound calls, assisting depot personnel with remote troubleshooting.
Conducting remote diagnostics and employing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborating with third-line support teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Coordinating reactive maintenance with service partners and overseeing their on-site activities.
Managing tickets diligently, ensuring all notes are up-to-date and accurately documented.

We're looking for candidates who possess the following:

Fluency in Dutch (Essential)
A tertiary degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within an engineering environment.
A keen interest in technology and a knack for learning quickly.
Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Familiarity with ticketing software such as Zendesk, and monitoring platforms like Grafana or Zabbix.
