• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by proactively addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
• Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
• Manage employee disciplinary processes and investigations in accordance with best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, talent management, and employment law.
• Advocate for employees' needs and well-being, building strong relationships at all levels.

• 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of South African labour laws and best practices.
• Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with leaders and employees.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.
