Our client in Firgrove, Cape town is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Requirements:

Proven retail experience, preferably in a similar role
Minimum Matric qualification with mathematics
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
Knowledge of inventory procedures and stocktaking
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities:

Track orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery
Maintain adequate stock levels
Assist with processing and tracking of orders
Resolve customer queries and complaints with a focus on excellent service
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals
Process point-of-sale transactions and handle product returns
Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements
