Job SummaryBookkeeper / Office Administrator Northgate Business Park Milnerton Cape TownOur Client in Northgate Business Park Milnerton Cape Town is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator All-rounder with 4-5 years of experience. You need experience in Full Bookkeeping to Trial Balance (Processing & Invoicing on QuickBooks), Debtors, creditors, recons, journals, payroll (20 staff) suppliers, quotes, reporting, and other admin record-keeping duties.YOU MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE TO BE CONTACTED…NON NEGOTIABLE UNFORTUNATELYSalary Up to R 25000 MAX for the right candidate with solid Bookkeeping and Office Admin experienceMin RequirementsMatricA bookkeeping Certificate a bonus4-5 years PLUS of SOLID Bookkeeping, payroll (20 staff), SARS efling, quotes, creditors, and debtors experienceGeneral Office Administration and recordkeepingOffice Management & Co-ordination a real plus beneficial but not a mustExperience in assisting with a small payroll of 20 staff (all permanent)Experience in dealing with outsourced accounting firmsQuickBooks and Excel experience essentialSARS efling experience with returns and some submissions EMP's, PAYE, and VATVAT calculation and submission experienceExperience with imports and basic PA experience a bonusJob DutiesBookkeeping to TB / Processing of Invoices - QuickBooksFinancial & Office AdministrationCapturing invoices(customers and suppliers)Full Debtors and Creditors controlBank reconciliations & Petty Cash & DailyLiaise with suppliers and customersAssist with General Office Admin like filing, recordkeepingAssist with Supplier Onboarding paperwork and authorizationsLoading of Supplier invoices for payment releaseAssist with Inventory / Stock ControlAssist with Sales reports and AdministrationAssist with ordering stock local and internationalAssist with product importsBook appointments and projects for ownerUpdate / Recordkeeping of Safety files during projects (Health & Safety) - training to be suppliedAssist with adhoc office dutiesApply onlineFrogg RecruitmentFROGG RecruitmentRecruiter
